Art

Through our Art Curriculum, children have the opportunity to develop and extend their skills in drawing, painting and sculpting whilst expressing their individual interests, creativity, thoughts and ideas.

The curriculum is designed to enable children to learn by making connections between the work of artists, architects, and designers and their own work. Pupils evaluate and relate the work they have studied to their own creations. Children also learn how art and design both reflect and shape our history, and contribute to the culture, creativity and wealth of our nation.
