At Swindon Academy, children are identified as having Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) through a variety of ways including the following:
We provide an inclusive, stimulating and safe environment which will help all pupils achieve their full potential, including their development of knowledge, skills and understanding to equip them for the next phase of their education, employment or training. By doing this we hope to raise the aspirations and expectations of all pupils, especially those with SEND.
You can find out more details by reading our full policy and our Accessibility Plan. View a copy of our Whole School SEND Provision Map.
If you would like a paper copy of these policies, or require more help and advice please notify us via Epraise (if you are an existing parent/carer) or call 01793 426900 or email at admin@swindon-academy.org
