What are we learning 

1 

Charity work and helping the others 

Students will learn vocabulary and expression on the topic of helping each other and make the world a better place, they will be able to give their opinions.  

2 

Healthy life, helping the environment, environmental problems and holidays  

Students will be able to describe their lifestyle and explain why they have it and what they would like to chance about it. Students will be able to analyse the world and the environmental issues and they will be able to find solutions and explain them . 

3 

Holidays in a variety of time frames, past, present and future, describing school and the school rules 

Students will be able to describe their last holidays and they will be able to recommend what to visit. They will also be able to talk about school rules and give opinions 

4 

Jobs, the pros and cons of different jobs and the reasons to study at university 

Students will be able to describe in speaking and writing their opinions to a variety of jobs and the reasons why they may wish to go to university 

5 

Relationships and appearance 

Students will be able to describe the relationships in their family and the reasons for any arguments as well as their ideal partner and facts about themselves and their view to marriage  

6 

Free time hobbies, revision of present tense verbs and Revision of the year. 

Students will be able to go deeper in their subject knowledge, revising all content and grammar seen so far since year 7 and improving their exam skills
